Princeton Center for Weight Loss - First Visit

Your First Visit

Your initial visit begins with a discussion of your goals and concerns. Vital signs are taken, along with a complete body composition analysis (BCA). This BCA is performed on a specialized scale, and allows us to cater your weight loss plan to your physiological needs. When appropriate, an EKG may be performed, along with pertinent laboratory testing.

With this set of data, a specific dietary plan is designed that will help you achieve your weight loss goals. Related aspects such as exercise, and nutrition are discussed, and a plan is set in motion.

Subsequent Visits

In follow-up visits, you are re-weighed on the BCA scale. This allows us to assess not only your weight loss, but also if you are losing weight in a physiologically safe and sustainable manner. We review the results with you and make any appropriate changes to your diet plan. Exercise and nutrition aspects are also reviewed to help prepare you for maintaining your weight loss in a long-term, sustainable fashion.
